PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Congratulations on the purchase of your DeRegnaucourt Ltd. design. It has been our pleasure serving you. All of our Custom Garments come with a guarantee. Please contact us with in 10 days of the receipt of your garments to confirm that your fit is good. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the fit of your garments, please notify us and return them for the necessary alterations. If the necessary alterations are not to your satisfaction, a refund will be considered. All guarantees and service contracts are void for all orders not confirmed with in 10 days.
- Alterations: We must be notified within 10 days of the receipt of your garments that they need alterations. In order to make the proper adjustments, you must provide us with a digital photo (front, side & rear views) to be determined the extent of the alterations, or if it is necessary to reproduce a particular item. These photos are to be emailed to info@deregnaucourtltd.com. You will then be emailed a UPS Shipping Label to return garments for the necessary adjustments (We can't refund shipping charges, or guarantee receipt of your garments if they are shipped via another transportation method).
2 weeks must be allowed for alterations, once they are received at our shop, as well as standard transit for shipping. Standard shipping agreements will be applicable as stated in item #5. If not notified with in 10 days, all necessary alterations are the responsibility of the customer.
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% will have been made today via credit card to begin processing your order. This credit card will be kept on file to bill the balance at the time of completion, as well as any applicable accessorial charges. Credit Card Declines will be billed a charge of $50. If you pay via check the balance must be paid in full prior to processing your order. NO GARMENTS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. If garments are not paid in full with in 30 days of completion, the deposit will be forfeited and the goods will be sold as "off the rack". Deposit Amount: ______________________

- Shipping: DeRegnaucourt, Ltd. will ship all Suit Pkg orders at not charge with the exception of Rush Shipping: Next Day, 2 day, etc. All special shipping requests will be charged to the customer. For all other orders, applicable shipping chorges will be added to the balance of your order at time of shipping.
- Lead Time: Allow 10-12 wks (1st qtr), 8-10 wks (2nd qtr), 6-8 wks (3rd qtr), 4-6 wks (4th qtr) for all orders. RUSH orders can be made at a charge of 10% of your order, Min. Chg. $150.00. Rush orders must be approved at the time order is placed & shown on this form. Rush orders are not possible at all times.
- Cancellations: Refunds will be given on approved order cancellations only. An Appt. fee of $250.00 will be deducted along with any applicable cut charges for fabrics if they have been ordered as well.
