Fed Ex, DHL, & US Postal are not acceptable modes of transportation, as we can NOT guarantee receipt of your goods. None of these carriers will leave your package if our office is not open, therefore requiring ups to pick it up, or have it returned to the sender. For our suit package customers, we will email you a UPS Label for your package that is billed to DeRegnaucourt Ltd. for your convenience. These packages can be dropped at any UPS Customer Center, UPS Store, or partner location.
